"Unenthusiastically endorsed" - Brutal Orchestra Talia

Allows you to do a few things:

Give Griffin "Clobber" in place of "Wallop"
Remove the special interaction between Scars and Linked or Divine Protection
Change the Purple in Pearl's "Maw" to a Yellow
Remove "Trauma Bond" from the Giggling Ministers
Make Arnold's "Panic Attack" only trigger on direct damage
Remove Scattering Homunculi being spawned by the Skinning Homunculi
Change Smoothskin's mother's Frail from 3 to 2
Reduce "Vowkeeper"'s price to 0 again
Reduce "Dum-Dum"'s price to 2 again

these effects can be toggled on or off via a config file that will generate upon loading the game with the mod installed for the first time.
They are all enabled by default.

This mod requires BrutalAPI and Album to work, and is installed like any other BO mod that uses BepInEx
