added unlock quests and free fool events for all the silly characters (5) in this mod.
you can disable quests using a config that will be generated in the plugins folder. Quests are enabled by default.
Un-unlocking the characters will not remove fool boss unlocks previously acquired. Disabling quests will not give you the achievements for finishing their quests.
